What are personalised sugar cookies?
I specialise in sugar cookies baked and hand-iced with personalised designs. You might also know them as iced biscuits in the UK. From wedding favours to birthday gifts and branded treats, each design is made for your occasion.
How do I order personalised sugar cookies?
Start with the bespoke enquiry form. Include your occasion, quantity, date and any colours or design ideas. I’ll get back to you to discuss availability and a quote. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an order.
When will I hear back about my enquiry?
I aim to reply to enquiries within 48 hours. Sending an enquiry does not reserve your date or confirm an order.
How far ahead can I book?
Your preferred date: Please share the date you need your personalised sugar cookies. All orders are subject to availability. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee.
How much notice do you need?
For larger bespoke orders, I typically ask for 2–3 weeks’ notice, or 3–4 weeks during seasonal periods such as Christmas. If your date is sooner, a rush order may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Can you help with a rush order?
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Include the date you need your cookies in your enquiry. I’ll confirm whether I can help and agree the rush fee with your quote before you book.
Where do you deliver?
I can post cookies to UK addresses, including Northern Ireland. Delivery is agreed with your quote and depends on the size of your order and where it’s going. I don’t currently ship internationally. See delivery and collection information.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is available by prior arrangement. Please contact me to agree the details and a collection time before arriving.
What about ingredients and allergens?
Please read the allergen information in the Terms & Conditions and discuss any allergies or special dietary requirements with me when you enquire, before placing an order. Ask for the ingredient information for your chosen cookies before confirming.
Do you offer gluten-free sugar cookies?
No, I don’t offer gluten-free sugar cookies. I bake in a home kitchen where gluten-containing ingredients are used, and I can’t rule out cross-contamination. My cookies are therefore not suitable for anyone who needs a gluten-free diet.
Do you make branded sugar cookies?
Yes—branded cookie gifts can be created for launches, events, press gifting and team treats. Use the corporate enquiry form and include your quantity, date and brief.
