Delivery and Collections

Delivery for your sugar cookie order

Delivery is agreed as part of your bespoke quote. Include your date, quantity and delivery postcode when you enquire so I can confirm the options, cost and timing before you book.

I can post cookies to UK addresses, including Northern Ireland. I don’t currently ship internationally. For large orders or deliveries to several addresses, please include the details so I can quote accurately.

Timing and delivery problems

Preparation time and postal transit time are separate. Please share any event deadline when you enquire. I’ll confirm the dispatch arrangements, estimated arrival and any agreed delivery deadline in writing before you book. Where timing is an estimate, please allow extra time before your event.

If delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, please email reetpetitebakeryco@gmail.com with your order reference. Where I arrange delivery, I remain responsible for the goods until you or your nominated recipient receives them. I’ll help resolve a problem with the carrier; your statutory rights are unaffected.

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order and tell me promptly about any correction. See the return and refund policy for help if something is wrong.

Collection and local delivery

Collection is available by prior arrangement. We’ll confirm the location and agree a collection time directly before you arrive. If you would like local delivery, please ask about availability and cost when you enquire.
